The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
